e opened this shop with a couple of things in mind. First, we saw a gap in the pastry scene that our lead bakers were thrilled to fill. Our bakers have something of a magic touch when it comes to all butter crusts.
Second, we want to treat others the way we want to be treated. That means honesty and integrity in our baking practices and how we treat everyone that walks through our doors.
