We are preparing for our biggest Pie Season yet! We need three different kinds of team members.
Bakers
Bakers are responsible for the alchemy that transforms raw ingredients to nostalgic handmade pies. This includes but is not limited to:
- Ingredient prep (Following recipes and instructions, chopping, blending, mixing, storing, etc.)
- Component management (Organizing fillings, shells, pressing dough, etc.)
- Finish Baking (Filling, crimping, baking, and storing finished pies)
service/Barista
Baristas are our first impression and means of sharing our care and hospitality to our customers and neighbors. Job duties include, but may not be limited to:
- Ringing up customers
- Engaging in conversation with strangers
- Creating beverages from various recipes
- Fulfilling dining and to-go orders
- Completing online orders
- Dining room care and dishes
Market Standers
Market Standers prepare and work our stand at Central Market. These amazing people don't just represent us to our local regulars; they represent small-business-Lancaster to all of the tourists that come to Central Market. Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Talking to and connecting with strangers
- Dry goods management (Organizing boxes, cutlery, bags etc.)
- Handling transactons
- Stocking/transporting pies and other goods between the shop and market.
- Maintaining stand cleanliness
